Jonathan Carroll is an independent curator based in Dublin. He has curated several public art projects for The St Patrick’s Festival including the exhibition Shop if you can / Look if you want which utilised disused retail space in Temple Bar, Dublin and Migrations a movable series of public sculptures also for the St Patrick’s Festival. Jonathan is a member of the panel of curators for the Goethe-Institut Irland. He was assistant curator of Project Arts Centre 2006-2009. Jonathan is a graduate of Art History (UCD), Cultural Management (Instituto Universitario Ortega Y Gasset, Madrid) and Curating Contemporary Art (RCA, London). He has lectured on curating in NCAD, IADT and DIT fine art courses in Dublin and is a regular columnist for The Visual Artists’ News Sheet.
